These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website fiksuvalinta.info and all services provided by Fiksuvalinta Oy (Business ID 5798345-2, registered in the Finnish Trade Register, Helsinki, Finland; owner: Pohjola Leisure Group Oy), hereinafter "Fiksuvalinta" or "the house".

1. General

Fiksuvalinta is a fully offline casino hotel. All gaming services are provided exclusively at our physical venue at Mannerheimintie 10, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. We do not offer online gambling, remote betting or any form of internet gaming.

2. Age Restriction

Access to the casino floor is strictly limited to persons aged 18 or over. A valid photo ID is required for entry. Hotel rooms may be booked by guests aged 18 or over; minors may stay in the hotel only when accompanied by an adult and may not enter the casino floor.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

• Classic and Superior rooms: free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
• Fiksu Suite: 50% prepayment at booking; free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• Event hall: 30% deposit at confirmation; free rescheduling once up to 14 days before the event.
• Private casino lounge: 40% deposit; full refund if cancelled 21+ days before the event, 50% refund at 7–20 days.

4. Casino Floor Rules

House rules, table limits and payout conditions are published in the lobby and at each table. By participating in any game, guests accept the published rules. Fiksuvalinta reserves the right to refuse service or entry in accordance with Finnish law and house policy. Responsible gaming measures, including voluntary self-exclusion and personal limits, are available at reception.

5. Prices

All prices on this website are in euros and include VAT. Fiksuvalinta may update prices at any time; confirmed bookings are honoured at the agreed rate.

6. Liability

Fiksuvalinta is liable for damages caused by its negligence in accordance with Finnish law. The house is not liable for guests' personal belongings left unattended or for losses arising from guests' own gaming decisions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are settled in the District Court of Helsinki.
